Payments, Returns and Refunds

Payments

Payments for subscriptions, listings, or other services offered on CoSqrd are collected through approved payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us or our payment processors to charge the indicated amount for the service you select.

Successful completion of a transaction means the amount has been captured and allocated per the product or service you purchased. Receipts or confirmations may be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Returns

CoSqrd provides a digital marketplace and related services (for example, workspace discovery and listing tools). Unless a specific offering explicitly states otherwise in writing at the point of purchase, there is no return of “goods” in a physical sense. Access or entitlements granted after payment are governed by the applicable product terms and our Terms and Conditions.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law that cannot be waived by contract, refunds are not issued after payment has successfully completed. If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact us promptly at hello@cosqrd.com or wankhede.softwares@gmail.com with transaction details; we will review in line with banking and partner rules, but this does not guarantee a refund where this policy applies.

Chargebacks

Where a payment dispute or chargeback is raised, we may share transaction and account information with our payment partners as needed to resolve the case. Abuse of chargeback mechanisms may result in restriction of access to CoSqrd services.

Changes

We may update this page from time to time. The version published here at the time of your payment applies unless a newer version is required by law.
