I personally learnt to basically learn the good things and filter out the negativity, and later I learnt so much more and started becoming better from good and they made disciplined, after discipline came the improvement in my skills, I got better at studying, at communication(confident), and I started learning the high morals and values and that helped me see into every hard situation in a better way and it helped me
