Admission Procedure

"AdmissionChildren who complete 3&1/2 years of age before the 13th June of the academic year for which admission is sought. Guardian seeking admission for their wards must produce the birth date certificate of each ward from the Municipal office, and the Ration Card. Admission fee once paid will not be refunded. Parents ought to understand that the management has the right to say on what conditions it will admit or retain pupils in the school. FEE RULESSchool fee is to be paid before the 15th of every month. Delay in payment of fee after the 15th of every month is liable for payment of fine Rs. 5/- per month. Arrears of fee for three months shall render the name of the student liable to be struck off the roll. April and May fee should be paid before 31st March. Fees should not be sent with students. The fee card has to be produced by each student at the time of payment of fee for entry of the fee paid. Rules & RegulationsThe students should be in the school premises 10 minutes before the school starts. After three consecutive late marks the child will be sent home. All the students are expected to speak in English in the classroom & in the school premises. On school days & functions all the students have to wear the school uniform. Pupils without a proper uniform will be sent home & the school disclaims all the responsibility in this case. Irregular attendance, disobedience, objectionable moral influence & above all discourtesy & disrespect to the teacher are a sufficient cause for the dismissal. Any damage done in the class or about the school premises will have to be made good by those responsible for it. As the school gives a vacation of six weeks in summer, three weeks in the winter & one week for Christmas, no other leave will be granted in the course of the year. Except in case of illness, in which case a Medical Certificate will have to be produced. No pupil will be excused from physical Training without Doctor’s certificate."
