This school used to be a decent school in the past. But, it is the worst school now. The current leadership of the school is the extremely annoying. The Principal is very arrogant. She treats the staf... This school used to be a decent school in the past. But, it is the worst school now. The current leadership of the school is the extremely annoying. The Principal is very arrogant. She treats the staff very badly, and many good staff members have left because of her. I'm not sure how the Management of the School is still retaining the arrogant principal. Her behaviour with parents, staff, and support staff is very concerning. She has zero maturity, and has no idea how to speak to people. This school lacks a decent HR team as well. Instead of addressing concerns, they bully the staff. I have seen several parents complaining about this arrogant principal. If I were Director of the school, I would have taken action by now. Unfortunately, the management seems to be overlooking these complaints on the Principal. She always threatens the Staff about uses bad language against them that she has access to CCTV and she is monitoring them throughout the day, and listening to conversations.

The language faculty is weak and the math teachers for 9th grade is the worst the football pitch is very poorly maintained the transportation service is a waste of money and the buses are very packed... I am extremely concerned about the current leadership of the school. The principal Ms. Shobhna Sirohi's behavior toward parents is often arrogant and confrontational. The principal Ms. Shobhna Sirohi's behavior toward parents is often arrogant and confrontational. Instead of handling concerns with professionalism and empathy, she resorts to shouting and intimidation. This is unacceptable in an educational institution that should promote respect and constructive dialogue.
More importantly, serious issues such as bullying, teasing, and body shaming among students have not been properly addressed. Despite repeated complaints, there appears to be little effective action taken to ensure student safety and well-being. What is even more troubling is that when parents raise these concerns, they are met with hostility rather than solutions. The principal has reportedly threatened parents by saying, “you dont know about me, I am different,” which only creates fear instead of trust.
A school leader is responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children. Unfortunately, the current leadership has failed to demonstrate the maturity, accountability, and sensitivity required for this role. It is difficult to understand why the management continues to retain her despite these ongoing issues.
The school deserves leadership that prioritizes student welfare, listens to parents respectfully, and addresses problems proactively rather than defensively.

Furthermore, the decision to issue RFID cards for children under 10 years old is questionable. If the purpose is attendance tracking, it undermines essential classroom discipline—students learning to respond to roll calls with “Good morning, Miss” or “Present, Miss.” These small interactions foster attentiveness, respect, and responsibility, which should not be replaced by automation.

Many other reputed schools manage to balance technology with traditional learning practices without burdening parents with unnecessary costs. It’s disappointing to see such basic aspects overlooked here. I sincerely hope the school re-evaluates these decisions and prioritizes both financial transparency and holistic student development.

Sadhana as a school is still on the learning curve in planning and administration. They do not have good representatives who manage the parent communications or who plan the extra curricular activitie... Sadhana as a school is still on the learning curve in planning and administration. They asked to buy skates and swimming costumes just for the sake of few classes and discontinued those. No 360 degree feedback on what parents mention during PTMs and all those are just for the sake of their record. Responses on the Parent portal concerns are very late and the concern itself will not be relevant by the time they respond. We used to talk to Siri maam and she was very helpful most of the times. Bus driver numbers posted on the parent portal will not work. Annual event planning is the worst as a common communication will be sent to all, but all classes will not have an annual day at the same time which causes confusion. I changed my daughter's school after 4 yrs as I couldn't bear the frustration of these basic things any more.

Having said the above, one positive thing is they do not give a lot of homework to children and also make the children revise things multiple times before the exams. This is something good and children need not slog again at home.

Overall, their administration needs to improve and should engage the children more on extra curricular activities and increase the frequency of those classes. 1 class per week for arts or anything will not make any child learn the skill.

This is first year for us. I see lot of improvement in my son Grade3. Initially there were some hiccups as schools opened after 2 years. But later I see things are going as per plan. Coordinators are good for G3. Not sure about other classes.

Most of the reading and writing part will be done at schools itself. Home work will be minimal. Syllabus is little extra (I felt) but still they cover everything in time. Especially math and English syllabus is very good for G3 CBSC. They have own work books. They focus more on crux rather making them to write long answers.

They don’t share pics of events. Based on request they will share few. Work sheets they don’t share hard copies we have to use soft copies from portal. These are the two things I felt they should work on.

Overall I felt SIIS is much better than other schools who charge almost same fee. My son really love’s going to school every day and he enjoying. As a parent we should definitely put efforts irrespective of school.
Fee is little high but looks like most of the schools charging 20k+/-

When we raise a concern in parent concern forum, they don't even respond if they don't want to solve and leave it open forever and like to live with the issue. Weird! Isn't it? And sometimes they give a call and mention that will enquire and close the ticket. Such is the service. This is my experience. Hope it helps someone.

PS: Please do not chose their transport facility.

Sadhana may be a good school, but there is a lot of scope for improvement.

When we reached the school on Saturday with all the documents, the reception told us to wait for some time and after 30-40 mins of waiting we approached again. Then she said we are closed for admission in CBSE and you need to take admission in Cambridge course and this is a management call.
My daughter was very upset and she was continuously crying.

This is so unfair and unprofessional. This could have been informed on Friday itself when we discussed about the admission. We are really disappointed with the Sadhana Infinity team.

The school provides an excellent atmosphere for the overall development of the kids focusing on both academics and sports.

The teachers are well qualified, provide quality education, take good care of the kids. Progress of the kids is communicated through Parent-Teacher meetings conducted regularly. The teachers patiently respond to my queries on the progress of the child.

This school stresses on sports activities too. My kids are encouraged to participate in various sporting events and my elder kid has has won prizes at multiple inter school swimming competitions.

The school serves nutritious food for the kids at the campus. My kids enjoy the food provided at the school. Parents are also encouraged to come and experience the quality of food once in a while without any prior notice.

The sprawling campus, spacious class rooms, good infrastructure and
transport facilities provides one of the best possible ambiance for kids education and development

I would like to thank the Principal, teachers, sports coaching staff and the support staff for their commitment and dedication.

I never regret my decision of joining them in this school, because I could able to see good overall development of my kids.

Issues are common in any school, but the way they were handled and addressed by respective co-ordinators, Teachers and Principal is good & I appreciate them to continue the same.

I don’t agree with Mr. Venkata Rao comments. It’s not only the duty of Teachers, school authorities but parents are also equally responsible in developing the kid. In case of any issues, turn up to the school and resolve them rather than making these type of comments.

I am happy and proud about my kids development in this school.
