Ryan international is a very renowned brand in other states but with Kondapur its worst ,no proper communication to parents if communicated also everything at last moment Hw not get upated on time ,... When I went to enroll my children, no one informed me about any assessments. However, once we arrived, two teachers took my kids into separate rooms and conducted a test without prior notice.

My son, who is in Grade 4, was asked to write a few lines about an airplane. He enthusiastically described his experience traveling in one and what he saw. He also completed 3 out of 5 math problems correctly. Despite his efforts, the teacher judged his performance harshly, claiming he needs significant improvement and she harshly went inside. Her behavior was shocking and clearly reflected the lack of commitment they have towards their job.

I am baffled by the expectations of those conducting the assessment for Grade 4 students. It seems they only accept children who are already excelling academically because they lack qualified teachers. I am relieved I didn't enroll my kids in this school. It would have been a disaster given their untrained teachers and inadequate admission process.

We Hardly find any growth or any development in our child, in any aspect. Neither in academic manner nor any other behavior/social development.

Teachers are completely incompetent.
If you want to see your child over all growth, either you have to work on your child or please search some other school.
Since first day, i have looooong list of requests which are yet to resolve.

Despite the school being only 5 km away, the kids spend over 1.5 hours traveling. Initially, we were assured of a home pick-up and drop-off service, but after enrollment, we were asked to use a pick-up point 500 meters away and a drop-off point 1 km away. The main problem seems to be the use of large buses for short routes. We've raised this concern multiple times with the transportation department, but no changes have been made. The school should seriously address this matter, as the long commute negatively affects the children's health and well-being.

3. There is no direct communication between teachers and parents (except diary - to which either there is no response from teacher or after 4-5 attempts of parents
4 What are the scheduled topic for all the classes and activity of particular topics are never updated.
5.Any school activity, mainly any project/competition notice wil be sent 2 days prior to that.
6. Transport- it's a huge ruckus, it takes double the time then usual school buses. Eg, if a student from different school, same distance, same route and same no of kids in the bus will reach in less then half of the time Ryan School bus.
7. Highly irresponsible behaviour at each and every level
8. No one resolve any issues and makes only false promises.

My kid is studying from last 2 years since it’s beginning, I have to compromise on many in it’s quality of education, teachers were changed very frequently and teachers not showing up for many days, school ran without principal for many months, we continued 2 year only for one reason as it is very near to our home and thought of giving another chance as they just started in 2022-23, but this year it is more worst, teachers are resigning on regular basis and 2 principals till now, she is not active at all, I am very much regretting, when asked nobody is having any answers, in fact they are agreeing for nothing is going good. They have to really look into these issues they are in a prime location with good infrastructure inside only,.

Few important pointers for parents seeking admission for their kids.

1. It's been 1 year since RYAN started their operations in Hyderabad, most of the teachers/staff including higher management are clueless on multiple aspects. Staff across all the departments change frequently.

2. Most importantly, the quality of teachers appointed could have been better, considering RYAN as a national brand. There is a huge scope for improvement.

3. The bus transport is nightmare, routes are not properly planned. The buses are in pathetic condition and no one responds to any of your transport queries.

4. Few hidden components in fee are levied, request parents to double check

5. Most of the sports infra displayed in their brouchers were not ready in the first year. Kids had access to food ball and cricket turf from the mid of acedmic session.

Hopefully things should fall in place this year, if not Ryan would loose their brand image for sure.
