I work in edtech for last 14 years any parent concern are usually prioritize or staff at least tries to acknowledge.

HsV global director Ms. Chitwan is one such lady who is highly immature and improfessional handling a post of director. I had a concern regarding a shade where parents and kids get traumatized in extreme temperature. While I raise teachers completely ignored and at the reception when I raised director said it's not possible while tried explaining, she asked me to issue a TC.
I don't understandhow can a director behave like this and what my child is going to learn.
Daksh teacher collected Taekwondo fee and never reverted on calls. I did raise to Principal Anjali. It wasn't heard.
There staff changes regularly but there has been no update...
I mean how can they run a setup so unprofessionally.
Very disappointed.
My child carries a bag of 10 kg's minimum and has a overall 25kg of body weight.
I don't know what's wrong initially staff was good but after the director started taking over she has spoiled school goodwill.

The teachers are highly qualified , staffs and higher authorities are very cooperative as well…they always trying to give secure environment to children. I must say if you have dreams for your kid then this school can add wings to them.
I wish a great success to all kids and HSV international school as well.
